Would be considered as a res/pump combo I think. Mine is a tank/pump combo also, not aware of any negativity only maybe on some of the included pumps being inferior as a package. It is possible to put the better pumps in, mine is a d5 vario. In my other rig which is in a switch 810 case I use a bay res and seperate d5 pump also.

Is there a difference between a regular res which mounts a pump, and a bay res like those that connects to a pump ? I mean, in the way the pump is connected. Just to know if it's like the same thing

No difference, pretty much the same. In this system I have the tank with the pump attached and it would be the same connection if was a bay res combo, in the other system I have a bay res with a seperate pump and a pump top. Not had any issues with either set up.

I've finally gotten the bottom HDD cage out using drill bits. (I actually broke 3 drill bits in the process!)

I have a question that no one may be able to answer but this is the best place to ask.
Will a phobya 200 radiator (200mm X 240mm) fit inside the case attached to the front intake fans?

I took out the bottom HDD case and now there seems to be almost exactly 200mm wide space available.
I'm just not sure if it will fit and was wondering if anyone has tried this.

A 240mm radiator definitely will not fit (around 280mm length), and a 120mm rad is a bit small now that I took out the bottom hdd cage.

You can cut into the bottom of the 5.25" cage to fit a 240... if you haven't got any tools to do that I don't know about the 200 rad.

Hi all,

Would like to ask if where could I contact a nzxt customer support? I've tried their facebook page and their sites contact form but no response. I would just like to ask the arrival of the nzxt cases in our country. Thanks Guys.

What country?

Filing a ticket with the NZXT Support site usually has pretty good service and can probably answer your questions, or at least tell you how to get the answers. Unless they don't have good service in your region.

You could also try PMing an NZXT rep, such as @Retell. I'm not sure if you need a certain amount of posts/rep to PM someone though.

Thanks @WarpPrism I'm from Philippines, last week a store representative told me that it would be this week but it is currently Sunday here and no update, the representative told me that there's some delay. I've tried NZXT Support several hours ago. But havent received response yet, maybe after 24 hours? The problem is that it requires image of Receipt/Invoice so I just place some placeholder image since I'm just starting to buy but my doubt is once they see the placeholder image they would not continue to read the entire query.

Been waiting for it for 3 weeks, hopefully I could get some response from them if it would arrive or not. Thanks I'll try to contact @Retell

Hi all. I just upgraded my PC and replaced my old antec case with this new baby. Very cool case.

HOWEVER, i notice the only one issue is that if i power on with case fan speed set to lowest, the one of the top only move a little bit but then stops. I will need to set the speed to middle, then it starts to spin. Once it is spinning, i can lower the speed to lowest and it still keeps on spinning... (i am still using the stock case fans, they are quiet.) Anyone of have this same issue before? How did you fix it? doh.gif

Many thanks.

I'm working on a really pricy but neat and full watercooling, 3-way sli modded Phantom 410 build.
Can't wait to post some pics when I'm done!
