Anyone try Corsair's new Vengeance M90? Been thinking of picking it up WoW but unsure. I've read some pretty bad comments about it on Amazon with its software.

Im as interested as you are. Software they can always fix with patches. Besides its Corsairs first time in the market for mice. What im concerned about is the positioning of the buttons and how well it performs in Fps games. Yes i know its an MMO mouse, but when im not playing WoW id like to know i have a mouse that can still Pwn in Bf3

Yeah, I just read they updated their software and you now can map whatever you want to the side buttons. I might go ahead and pick it up to try.

I bought this mouse at Fry's for 49.99 today.

I remember seeing a review somewhere about the mouse being too heavy but I found it to be just fine. No difficulty moving it or anything, but then again I'm not too keen on mouses (old mouse was a microsoft optical mouse lol).

With that said, I'm a big noob using these mmo mouses, but macroing keys to the side buttons was easy enough, and I was able to macro them fine with the latest beta on Corsair's website. I binded 9 to one of the side keys, went on WoW, clicked the side key and it activated the spell that was binded to 9 in WoW. So seems to work for me biggrin.gif.

Only issue / question is some of the key's positioning are a bit odd and I'm wondering how would you ever reach it without lifting up your entire hand slightly.

But other then that, I don't have any issues with the m90. thumb.gif

I'm using one right now. I love it. It replaced my naga. I had zero problems setting it up/using it. I'm still using the v1 software even. Pst me if any of you get one and can't get the buttons to work in Swtor or Wow. I'm using it flawlessly in both thumb.gif

Though a delayed reply, but I will suggest against M90. Its Macro and even 4/5th buttons are very stiff and you would have to tighten your grip way too much to press the buttons on the left making it useless atleast in fast paced games. Otherwise its tracking is great and equivalent to the best mouses out there. If MMO mouse is not what you are looking for then M60 is much better, otherwise stick to Naga.

So I just bought it. Received it Friday, and mouse died today. It simply wont track anymore. I tried it on three different computers and five different surfaces... Nothing.. I did find its side micro buttons extremely hard to use. Going to send it back to Amazon for a refund. Now back on my search for a replacement for my G9X...
