Bought my GTX 560 Ti from them. No problem what so ever. Keep in mind that it does not have I/O shield. I don't know why they would sell a re-certified MB without I/O shield. If you are cool with that, go for it.

Most likely not. When I bought my GTX 560 Ti it came with MSI re-certified box.

The p67 boards are fine but z68 seems to be more popular for people who have SSD. It can do SLI or Crossfire at dual 8x and still have UEFI bios. Not a bad board for a budget build for a gaming rig and it can OC well.

Just go with known seller. It's safer.

It is weird that they would sell MB without I/O shield. Typically open box or re-certified MB came with I/O shield minimum. However, Newegg does occasionally sell bare MB without any accessories. When you buy open box or re-certified item from Newegg they make you acknowledge that accessories are not guaranteed. So who knows?

Yea, I know for a fact when I sent a working MSI p67 back to newegg, I noticed that I completely forgot to pop the I/O shield off of the back of my case. Newegg didn't care one bit. The board is probably perfectly fine.
