nVidia Surround Placement is killing me!(Help)

Hey guys,

After having problems (at the start) with fitting three 27" monitors on 1 desk(duh) I placed two desk(new and old) one by the side of the other.I ran into two problems:

1)The computer being on either side wouldn't have long enough cables to reach all 3 monitors. So I'd put it between.
2)Due to the keyboard being on the right monitor, I couldn't see the left monitor that good so I just avoided using it, just in eyefinity games and crap, not for browsing.

A few hours ago I've noticed some SS's, everyone uses their monitors like this
/ - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - \
/ \
/ \

Get it? I was using mines like this

Now I'm frustrated, it's 5AM in here and I've been trying for 1 hour to get them in place(YEAH!!), when I put them in your position, they just won't stay..They'll be space in between them.

What am I doing wrong here?

So is the problem the little gaps between the monitors? You just gotta bend them forward of backwards to make them perfectly straight up and down. In the end though you might still get a very small gap. I just have mine overlapping each other a tiny bit.

Yeah, I tried bending, forward, backward but it won't bend sideways(almost broke one).

Overlapping looks kinda weird.

Why would you wanna bend it sideways? I think if you get them perfectly straight up and down it should be okay. Mine overlap now and it eventually just became unnoticable. Haha.

Well they touch down but not up so bending them sideways would make them lined up? At least in my imagination of it.

So if you bend it to the right

Umm, if you bent them sideways then your monitor wouldn't be... well sideways-ish? Are they flat horizontally?

This is how close I expect it to be when bended, I just can't achieve nothing even remotely close to this perfection.

EDIT: I meant looking from the position from where you sit, like up and down horizontally.Like if you press on the right side of it(monitor) downwards.

Bumping for help.

Try folding a few pieces of paper together, or maybe cardboard, and using it as a "shim" on the back part of the outside monitor stands, and shimming it up in the back, thus angling the monitor towards you. You can use just about anything as a shim. Let us know how that works. I find it hard to believe that a monitor can have that little maneuverability.
