Software overclock

Hey guys I have an asus G71G that has a 9800m gs card. I have tried EVGA and Rivatuner and neither of them seem to be registering my overclock. I have all the right options selected (3d overclock etc.) and I am hitting apply. Sliders stay in their new position but it does not show on third party programs like CPUZ that I have changed a thing. Can anyone give some input please? Thanks!

BTW I just downloaded the latest driver for it off of geforce.com

Probably not recognizing the GPU, I will check to see if we can add at next release.

that would not make sense unless for some reason Rivatuner is having the same problem.......

Is it maybe the new driver thats the problem?? I read somewhere that you should use DOX drivers but I could not find them anywhere.
