Never ending bubbles?

Thread Starter
I installed my rig into a new case 12 days ago but there still keeps comming air bubbles through the system?
Not just a bit but quite alot. I have tilted the system back and forth loads of times to get it all out but it still keeps comming. I have refilled the resovoir twice now after the install. I cant detect any leaks anywhere. I dont understand there still can be water in the radiators?
I have pictures of my rig in my profile.

do they disapeer when you let air into the loop by opening a fill port,
I had bigger bubbles in my res but they stayed as 100's of bubbles until I opened fill valve then they turned to 1 big bubble, as I opened the port I heard a slight hiss.
This could be pressure making air try to dissolve in water

When you go to fill it, dont go too fast or else the water will erupt from the fill port. I learned that the hard way. thumb.gif

If you can turn the pump down then you can get the bubbles to settle and start the bleeding process then.

Sounds like your pump may be set too high for bleeding, and it is sucking the air-bubbles from the res's return back into the loop. Try turning down the pump a tad to be sure that bubbles coming to the res are able to settle to the top and are not getting sucked back into the pump's intake, and be sure that the pump isn't disrupting the res so much that it creates _more_ bubbles in the res from splashing up into the pocket of air at the top. One more thing, once you get the pump speed slowed, try rocking your case from side to side to disrupt any air in the rads so they dislodge and travel to your res. Once you get all the bubbles out, top the res all the way off and you should be able to turn your pump back up to full speed. I keep my pump on a fan controller that's 30+ watt per channel for this very purpose-It makes varying the pump speed during the bleed process a lot easier.
