You would be suprised how fast dust can build up in a case with how fast fans are spinning. I kept the filters on my armor for that reason (and having a cat). It shouldnt hamper performance drastically like a 10c difference or anything.

Yes I am very pleased with my purchase. Airflow is fantastic and the clear side is a bonus. Little louder than my p180 but thats expected. Here's my review. http://www.overclock.net/hardware/sh...uct/435/cat/10

Well, he's not the only one playing with this case. The fan control switches are the best!.

I only wanted two more things from this case.

I wanted it 3/4" longer for better cable management and dust filters in the front. But for a $115 shipped... it's not bad at ALL. Nice case. Quality build.

How did you install the floppy. I am trying to install mine, and the holes in the side of the adapter tray are not threaded. Is this a mistake or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I just read a review on the case and that top fan can produce 134cfm at 800rpm! And I didnt know you can install a side fan also very cool. This case is becoming more and more interesting to me.

That top fan is whisper quiet too b/c its so huge. I Keep it on max and I can barely hear it. You can slap an xtra fan on the side but even with SLi setup the 2 front intakes are more than enuff I find. If you leave it open it draws in some air from the outside thru the grill holes anyway if you have exhaust higher than intake.

You screw your 3.5 inch drive into the tray that comes with the case and that tray is screwed into the side with thumbscrews. Then you put the grill cover on top last.

My temps dropped a ton recently, but I changed cases/lapped IHS/HS and used some new thermal paste all at the same time so I can't be sure how much case affected my temp drops, but it defintely helps. With across-the-board cpu coolers you can put an intake to draw cool air directly from the front of the case into the HS, which of course will help. Look in my sig for temps with the Ninja....that was on a cold day....now it's getting up to around 40C at load in the core.
