I don't have the money for the H80, if you read the first post you would have realised that. I actually don't have any intention of overclocking it right now, just running it on turbo. How is yours still going at 70'C when the max operating temperature is 60?

doing it wrong..
See if you can find one of these in the U.K.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835207004
Fits right onto AMD socket

http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Home/Product/47096/Coolermaster-Hyper-212-Plus-4-Heat-Pipes-CPU

I've heard the plus works better than the newer one...

That's supposed to be better than previously listed CPU coolers?

All im looking for is the best CPU cooler, air or liquid that fits AM3+ sockets which is also AM3, preferably for less than £50 or $100, thank you.

As far as I'm aware, the Antec 620 is the best of the lower end enclosed water coolers, and the H80/Antec 920 the best of the higher end with the Corsair H100 in a league of its own.

The Antec 620 will beat the CM Hyper coolers. It will be equalled by the higher-end models in that design, and it will be beaten by the coolers shaped like a Silver Arrow or the high end Be quiet Dark Rock Pro.

It's benefits are weighing less and having options of where to mount the radiator meaning less problems with installation on the motherboard (like with side panel case fans or large ram). The negatives are its thermal limitations. You can look into modifying them by adding a reservior and/or extra radiator. Google "Corsair H50 mods overclock.net" to see more.

The best cooler for you depends on how much the extra cooling ability means (ie potential overclocking) and whether or not it fits with the side fan, finally not forgetting price. In these terms, I think that the Antec 620 is your best bet, unless you want to risk the size issue and try and squeeze a Silver Arrow in, or unless you have no interest in overclocking now or in future and thus should probably go for the cost-efficient Hyper 212.

Ok I think I'll go for the antc then and add a fan so it's push and pull, with my case fans I currently have them all bringing air apart from the rear exhaust fan, should this be changed?
