Help me debug my BSOD's

Thread Starter

So, to start off with, I have two BSOD's both with a blue screen. I have both of the dump debugs and diagnostics.

Everything is set at STOCK while these issues are happening. Overclocking should NOT be a factor.

Memory Dump 2

I also have these two pictures of the information pertaining to the short hand dumps of the files.

ntoskrnl.exe BSODs are hard to diagnose. First thing you want to do is update all your drivers, Next i would recommend running a memtest over night. You want to try to figure out weather it is a software problem or hardware problem. Best way to do this is run some benchmarks. Do prime95 for 8 hours, memtest as stated above, and unigine heaven for a little while. You could even run Furmark for a bit. If you dont crash during any of these benchmarks, then it is almost certainly software, which is easily fixed by a reformat. Also run a chkdsk and see if that does anything. If you could provide some more info i could help you more. How often does it happen? Can you reproduce it? Does it happen only when doing certain things or is it random? How long has it bit happening? As much as you can tell me. Good Luck! thumb.gif

Yes, all my drivers are up to date. I can tell you that it isn't graphics related just by looking at the pastebin logs.

I am not reformatting at this point. The BSOD which could probably be resolved without having to format (especially considering the issue may not specifically be tied to the ntoskrnl.exe (look at the pastebin outputs.

It happens randomly. I can't reproduce it. It has only happened twice in the past week, never before. ran an sfc /checknow and everything came back with no issue.
