That's interesting about the HFI 580, I try to stay away from Head-Fi...spend too much time there and you might end up dropping $500 on Sennheiser HD650s like I did. rolleyes.gif It's can be a very informative forum, though.

If you have a Guitar Center near you, they carry most of the main brands and have them all set up so you can plug in your iPod (or anything with a headphone jack) and listen to all of the headphones back to back. That's where I went, they also match any advertised price (which I didn't know until it was too late).

hahah lol. love that about head fi. people are always like. you go..and u spend money lol. but they always say it positivley biggrin.gif how are u liking the HD650's worth it?
I gained enough rank on the site to not get the head fi virus of getting recommendations or anything on buying stuff biggrin.gifthumb.gif

wait...so if you show them that BH carries it for $118..they will sell it to you for $118?

they carry most of them..but are they on display? should i just ask to demo?
