Update: It seems to be corrosion. However I can't explain it. There is no aluminum in my loop. This still doesnt prove that it wasnt the kill coil that caused it though. If for some reason the kill coil was not silver and was in fact some other cheap metal it could have caused it. At this point I cant be certain either way. I have corrosion in a loop that should not have corrosion.
Update:
Just pulled both vga cards out and there full cover blocks are covered with black gunk on the inside. Has to be algea. So either silver kill coils dont work, or my kill coil is not silver. Bought it from frozencpu.com ( if I remember correctly )

Here is the blocks after soaking in vinegar/distilled water for about 12-16 hours. Still clear signs of corrosion, but they are cleaned up a bit. Im going to try a lime and see if that gets the rest.

Hi. Have had my water cooling loop running for about 6-8 months. Distilled water and kill coil. The water is now looking a bit cloudy (just a bit) and I can see sediment in the reseviour. Before you ask, all my water cooling hardware was flushed/rinsed thoroughly with a near boiling distilled water/vinegar solution.
The kill coil in use is a iandh silver kill coil from frozencpu.com. I will try and get pictures up later so you guys can see what Im talking about. Hopefully someone on here can identify what the problem is.
