Fully removing all previous drivers and using Vsync should stop it from happening.

There's a really good method here which you should follow: http://www.overclock.net/t/1200353/best-way-to-install-new-drivers/0_100#post_16196707

  • Turn off UAC
Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > change User Account Control Settings > move the slider to bottom > restart PC.
  • Clean it with; ATIMAN Uninstaller Atiman Uninstaller v.6.2.0 (Run with administrator privilege. Some antivirus software will give a false positive. Let it restarts to complete the uninstallation - Disable UAC to install this cleaner).

Then just install the new drivers from here: http://www.amd.com/uk/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspx I tried to get the HD7000 page as a link but I kept getting a server not found message.
