you wont see much difference between the two.
performance at 900p will be roughly the same in most of all games.
any difference is going to negligible.

the 2GB card may overclock a little less, but the extra VRAM leaves you room to upgrade your screen resolution in the future.
games are slowly becoming more demanding in terms of VRAM as well.

personally, i like the look of the TFII cards, as well, but that's just preference.
if the prices are comparable, i would definately spring for the 2GB card.

Yeah but I get a Battlefield 3 download coupon with the Asus... that would be nice as the game in my country is pretty expensive.

dude, just pick one. i'd go with the extra vram if the msi has 2gb, and buy battlefield 3 from someone on OCN or catch a deal online.
