[Fudzilla] Nvidia Not Impressed With HD 7900 Series

Quote:
...it looks like Nvidia isn't too impressed by AMD's Radeon HD 7900 series and it is quite confident that Kepler will have no trouble in seizing the performance.
Quote:
an Nvidia spokeperson noted that they expected more from AMD's new architecture and that Nvidia's 28nm Kepler GPUs will have no trouble in beating AMD performance-wise. Nvidia didn't specify the precise launch date and is still sticking to the "first half of 2012".
Quote:
AMD is quite happy and is currently selling its HD 7970 and preparing to launch the rest of the lineup during next month.

Who else can't wait for Kepler?!!!

Yeah?

You wait......

I would gladly place a bet that Kepler would use around 300Watts more than the ATI 7900 Series, and will end up being the new Fermi

"Hey guys, I can assure you the hardware we will release in 3-5 months will be better than the current offering! Awesome, right?"

Nvidia, Kepler has to be better than the 7000 series. Period. Let's just hope it's released sooner than 3-5 months.

And I am the New King of England....Why is that??? Cause I say so....

See Nvidia....that isn't so hard to do... Now show me some benchies with TDP numbers, THEN you can make that claim...

Oh wait...I forgot...we are doing a HARD Launch, aren't we???!! Ahhh... we shall see then, otherwise stand in the corner and be quiet... Nuff said
