About to buy a used 460 GTX. How much?

Short story is my friend has a EVGA SSC 460 GTX 1 GB card. Its the exact same card in my back up rig "They beat me". He wants to upgrade to a 6950 and we talked about me buying his 460 from him. The price mentioned is $125.00 Is this a good deal? I mean for both of us. We are good friends and we don't want to rip each other off. I suck at pricing used PC parts so any help would be great, we both thank you all in advance!

EDIT: The card is one year old, and is in great shape. I was there when the card was put in, and have helped him out with it from day one, so I know its a soild card, he never even pushed the OC past the EVGA preset oc.
Thought I would add this:)

$125 seems fair if you know him well enough where you can be 100% sure it's been taken care of and the warranty won't be an issue.

Reasonable.

I wanted to offer some of my friends who are looking into custom boxes, my 460 for $100.
But since my version is 768MB and is DirectCU vs. your friend's Superclocked 1GB, that's quite the performance for $25 imo.

Yea, Its a pretty beefy card. Shocked me when I first got mine a year ago. I think that two in SLI should be just under a 6950(stock) maybe a little more. At the crap resolution my back up rig runs it would tear stuff up! Thanks guys. rep has been given.
