I must admit it feels like they're the only brand I've seen in a long time that does really care about doing things right and fixing what doesn't work, at least when it comes to firmware/drivers.
Very impressive, but you will have to keep that level for some time until CM Storm gets the recognition it deserves.

Absolutely the best customer care/service I have seen for a long time. Keep it coming!PS:
Carter can you please make contacts with European distributors, that we want CM Storm keyboards too in Turkey!! Our distributor is just giving me crap about "The keyboards don't have Turkish layout, so we won't bring them here". Is there nothing, we, Turkish customers can do about that?
That concerns me too, but for a different reason. Most retailers around here only sell Logitech and Microsoft, some even sell Razer or Roccat, but CM Storm products are impossible to get, unless you order them on-line.
If CM Storm had a bit more of presence, I would've already have bought one, as it was on my list for a long time, but I can't just order them online to lose one morning waiting for it at home. Instead, I ended up getting a G400, which wasn't as suited to me.

Carter; when you perfect the sensor firmware, how about putting it in a commonly loved ambidextrous shape, such as the logitech G1 or something similar? I'd order one immediately.
Afaik they already have an ambidextrous mouse planned and due to release.
