The PSU is mounted such that there is an inch of space below and above it; which is plenty to draw air from the lower chamber. you can choose how to mount the PSU (either fan up or down). I mounted mine with the fan pointing downward, and stuff some excess cables on top of it.

Yes, the fan control switches will be inside the case. If you decide to hook them up to a fan controller, put the fans on high, and let the fan controller do its job.
i dont see a place for a floppy disk drive??
i am reading a review and it has alot of pics of the case .
i cant seem to find a floppy drive??
maybe i am overlooking it??
come to think of it , theres no mention of a floppy drive .

good stuff . ive read in another p180 thread , that i may be able to route the psu wires under the motherboard.
my psu is not modiluar.. can i still route the wires under the board??
when you had your truepower 2 psu , how did you route the wires in the antec . theres alot of BIG wires there . id like to keep the case as neat as possible . if you know what i mean .

The current PSU has even more cables than the Antec. However, there is bunch of cables I don't need at all.

I have the following cables on my PSU:
2 SATA power cables, each with three connectors. Those stay in the lower chamber, since I removed that center fan now, and my hard drivers are in the lower chamger also
2 PCI-E 6-pin connectors. Go to video cards; currently, I am routing them to the opening closest to the front of the case
2 cables with each 3 molex and 1 floppy connector. One goes to DVD and some fans, other only uses the floppy connector for additional power to the motherboard.
1 24 Pin power cable.
1 4 pin P4 cable

The, in addition, I have four SATA cables and one rounded IDE cable.

As you see on my images, I don't see a whole heap of options to route cables behind the motherboard. The only one I'd consider, I think, is the one with the molexes for the DVD.
