this is in the wrong section bro. if you put this in the intel mobo section you'd be more likely to get a good response.
as for how much voltage you can safely run, i have no idea. and you are probably not going to get a straight answer from anyone, because every board is different. what is safe for another's board might not be safe for yours and vice versa.
thats what oc'ing is all about: finding the max on your hardware. it will take some experimentation. move slowly and you won't hurt your computer.
