Yes, yes, and not yet. I'll have to ask my friend to lend me one of his bridges. I really don't think it's the bridge anyway, if that were the case neither FurMark or OCCT would run correctly.

I found the problem. Yesterday my friend came over to my house with his rig to check and fix something. I decided to put my two 580's in his rig and test them out. They still crashed.

After some other tests, I decided to check each one individually for the 9,000th time. My second card appears to have bad memory now, because that's the one which is artifacting and crashing (even when running by itself). I spent hours testing and checking to see if it had blown VRM's or something, but lastly I randomly decided to lower the memory clock from 2025MHz to 1500MHz. Needless to say everything worked, and did not crash (as much)...

I put the cards back into my rig and started testing for the highest memory clock in which the second card which I was testing did not artifact and/or crash. I eventually fell down to 1625MHz but it still crashed randomly in some games, so the only clock in which it appears stable is 1500MHz. And thats a full 525MHz down from stock clock... Currently running my SLI with these settings and it works (all games 60fps+ even on Crysis 1), but i'm severely bummed. Let's see what other errors appear over time.

Thanks to everybody who helped out, I really appreciate it.

It happens, If they are new, RMA time biggrin.gif If you ever remounted an original gpu heatsink, try reseating, maybe vrm or ram chips barely touch the heatsink.

If one card works, and the other does not, at the stock rated speeds, send me a PM or email with the serial number so I can help you exchange the card that isn't working: Matth@evga.com
