i turn it off when im not using it for extended periods of time. just a waste of power. However it is good for the longevity of the parts to not cold boot all the time.

Always ON. 120W idle is not much. Its quite and good as a night light. Used it as a Media Sever to watch my Videos and Music on the go and when i go to sleep via Phone.

I have an old socket 939 rig I've had since 2006 and turn it off every night. Same with my sig rig. No reason to leave it on all night when I'm not using it.
Never turn mine off.. At night when i'm asleep or when i'm at work i have to set to download/upload. Only time i ever do is when it's storming and lightning really bad. Then i unplug everything. Call me paranoid.
