XSPC 1650 Rpm vs Gentle Typhoon AP-15

Hi there just wondering if anybody knows if the XSPC 1650rpm fans are comparable to the Gentle Typhoon AP-15. I have seen a few people say they are but just want to make sure from others. Thanks

Hi there just wanted to bump this thread again to get other people opinion. I'm mostly concerned about noise levels and fan controller compatibility. Thanks

I'm using them because the difference is marginal. Definitely not worth replacing unless you can

It's no problem replacing but just want to know how much louder they are than ap-15's and if there able to be adjusted via fan controller as well.

I have mine via fan controller. I must say, my system is extremely quiet with those three. Even when pushed all the way, they aren't that loud. My system sits on top of a desk next to me, so I can hear them, but it's definitely not loud. I was told they perform similarly to the AP-15s so I went ahead and saved the $45 or more I would have spent to replace them. I find the AP-15s gorgeous and I wouldn't mind having them one day for aesthetics, but for performance, the XSPC 1650s do just fine; and they're sleeved smile.gif

I use the xspc fans and ap-15s,(could only afford 4 ap-15s and needed 6 fans) and all of them are attachted to a fc-4 fan controller. THe ap-15s are considerably less noisy. It is a worth wile upgrade IMO.
