[MPC] AMD Catalyst 12.1 Final and 12.2 Preview Drivers Now Available for Download

From preview to stable, AMD put the finishing touches on its Catalyst 12.1 driver package and has made it available as a stable download. Curiously missing in the release notes is implicit support for AMD's new Radeon HD 7970 graphics card, or any of the other unreleased 7000 Series, and the same applies to the 12.2 preview release, which also just became available.

Catalyst 12.1 Release Notes and Download

Battlefield 3 may crash when run at ultra settings.

Had my first BSOD in 3 months and it happened while I was playing BF3 on Ultra Settings, but I'm using 11.10 drivers.

never again I will buy a ATI cards in my life. Keep putting new card out ahead of nvidia, your drivers still suck balls. I am done with ATI. Don't care if you 8970 out, what is the point if I cant play my games. Cant play battlefield on ultra setting, just stupid.

I am playing in Ultra just fine. AMD never said to update the drivers.

Worth noting that they're Beta drivers.

People need to learn to read. If you have a 7970 you need the specially released drivers, it's made clear that these do not support the 7000 series.
