I allways get confused about RAM I didnt pay attention in that class. I have a Striker 2 Formula ASUS mobo that takes DDr2. Can I use any kind of DDR2 or does it have to have a certain voltage or timing or somthing.

No basically ANY ddr2 ram will go with that board. The best you could get are some DDR2 OCZ Flex or Reaper, they can come in 1200Mhz and still be overclocked.
