Besides the software I'm really happy with the ergonomics so I will continue to use it. I tried a deathadder and a rat7 and hated both of them.

during the reading of reviews before buying the mouse I did run across someone saying the mouse needing to be unplugged and plugged back in was something in the bios about waking the by keyboard or mouse so it might be worth looking into.

I also had the issue with the driver not downloading I contacted support Friday still haven't heard back.

I also was reading about the issue with the skates as well, some even said with the propus that the center of the mouse after about 3 months was causing the mouse to wobble due to the mouse pad wearing out

these are Made of 100% PTFE (Teflon) and not a blend http://www.coregamingshop.com/skatez-for-mionix-naos-3200-5000.html

What about my problem where the left mouse button clicks twice on the desktop when I only click it once?

It wasn't necessarily the mousepad. It was that there was an increase of dust buildup on the pad than on the desk. The dust interfered with the sensor and that is what caused it to skip. I cleaned the sensor and dusted off the mat regularly and finally decided it wasn't worth it to clean it every few hours. I have 1.17 installed even though they said it was buggy. I haven't had any problems with it except it freezing and crashing when I want to change a setting. Same thing happens with 1.16. When I just used my desk, there are no mouse skips but sometimes dust gets into the sensor or there is dirt buildup on the desk which makes it act funny but I clean it less often that I did with the pad. I did use a Steelseries S&S for awhile too. There were no skipping problems whatsoever when I had it. I gave it to my brother because he wanted it. So now I am left with my desk surface. It works, however, gliding is terrible on my desk. It is sort of sluggish. I still think it was the mousepad though.

This is mine.. I got naos 5000 and propus 380.

My only complain is naos software. I can only switch and save profile in the first several minutes my computer has been switch on ; otherwise it will freeze and cannot save or switch profile.

But both are superb, Naos shape is the best I've ever had (I have razer naga, and logitech mx revolution for comparison), also full rubber coating make my palm happy. wubsmiley.gif

In mionix website, but they delete it recently and just give 1.16. I think it's because it's buggy.. But I have both and both still have the same problem I mention above.
I hope mionix can quickly give us update for naos driver as I really love this mouse much..

IN.

Naos 3200.
Solid accurate mouse for an excellent price.

And look, where my thumb rests....no wear at all, unlike my Roccat Kone that went downhill fast, went bald and then had issue with colour/dpi assigning and then died all together.

Here you go- I uploaded mine for you. Only difference I saw was that you can disable angle snapping.

Hi _____!

The v.1.17 was pulled down due to a few bugs, so the current version is v1.16. We are currently testing a new betaversion of the software and if everything checks our ok we will release it in the upcoming days. We will contact our NAOS 5000 customers and attach a download link once it goes live.

Regards
Anders

This is what Mionix support sent me in an email. Just becareful if you use 1.17. I got my drivers from softpedia after a google search.
Link
1.17 should have 1.10 bios for mouse though.
