Mionix 3200 mouse, no pics as of now...

Here ya go! 338

Don't hate on the Razer Sphex, I love it and have never seen anything like it from any other company.

In. Using a Mionix Naos 3200 with a Propus mouse pad. It's so damn comfortable.

I'm in. Using the Zibal 60 keyboard, and I can indeed attest to its rage-proofness. I lost my mind on it when my PC suddenly stopped detecting it at POST so I had no way to get into the BIOS (tried every port to no avail, no idea why this happened). I had to go buy a crappy $14 microsoft to get into my BIOS in the end. I literally hit the keyboard so hard it dented my desk, a few keys flew off but no real damage was done.

Also using the Naos 5000 mouse, absolutely love it with no weights. I had the Propus 380 pad for my old mouse but it is too much friction for the 5000 so I changed back to my huge generic cloth pad and it seems to work better.

Sorry for the terribad pics, my camera seems to have mostly died. It only shows green dots on the screen but I got it to take pictures again. Kinda disappointing for a brand new sony cybershot.

LOL @ Scorpion49 good thing they have this "Rage proof durability Fends off rage blasts thanks to the 1.6 mm thick steel frame and heavy duty braided cable." I wish they had one with red Lights, do they make the click Klack noise while typing?

They make a decent racket, they are cherry blacks. I like it though. Some of my keys are pretty sticky after I spilled tea on it, I really need to take it apart and clean it pretty good. It seriously is rage proof though.

Hello, I own a Mionix Naos 5000 but have recently stopped using it since it has been glitching out on me (when you click either mouse button once it clicks on the computer twice). If anyone knows a fix for this that will be greatly appreciated. I called Mionix Support and they said that they would have new drivers coming out soon (called over 3 months ago), but the driver on their website is still the same (ver 1.16 from 2010....) I would really like to use this mouse again but it is just not viable for my gaming.

Mionix Naos 5000. I had an Alioth 320 but I had some tracking and dust issues which made the mouse skip. My desk surface has a SQAT value of 8 haha. I'm waiting for a good deal on the Propus 380, there are mixed reviews but I from what I've read, I like the sound of it. I have some dust and tracking issues on desk because my hand gets sweaty while gaming. The mouse drivers hate me. It doesn't like changing settings. I have to do it in safe mode.

Freaking love this mouse though. So comfortable. A bit small for my hand, however.

I actually have the same problem with where my mouse skips. Are you sure it was the mousepad? I thought it was my drivers. Regardless it hasn't happened for several months. *knock on wood*

I'm having the same issue with the skipping- it happened on the Steelseries 4HD and the Propus 380. Using a Razer Goliathus seems to be fine.

Naos 5000 and Propus 380 here. I'm still not 100% happy with the mouse. The driver package borked my PC until I stopped the program from loading at startup and Linux does something odd to the mouse on shutdown. I have to either power the PC completely off (cut the mains) or unplug and reinsert the mouse for it to come up and work again. Otherwise nothing sees it. The ergonomics of it are my favorite of the three gaming mice I have (Razer Deathadder, Razer Imperator, and the Naos 5000) ; I liked the Deathadder the least of the bunch. Other than the quirkiness of its behavior with linux and questionable firmware/drivers, this thing is great. Oh I think I am slowly grinding the skates down on the mouse using the Propus mousepad. I had no idea that would happen. :|

Mine was grinding the skates down as well with the 380. I stopped using it pretty quickly. I've also had the same issue with the mouse not working when you boot up until you unplug it, it seems to happen randomly. Once I plug it back in it takes a really long time to start working again as well. Its a weird driver glitch I guess, the software always tells me there is a new driver but it won't download it. Besides the software I'm really happy with the ergonomics so I will continue to use it. I tried a deathadder and a rat7 and hated both of them.

during the reading of reviews before buying the mouse I did run across someone saying the mouse needing to be unplugged and plugged back in was something in the bios about waking the by keyboard or mouse so it might be worth looking into.

I also had the issue with the driver not downloading I contacted support Friday still haven't heard back.

I also was reading about the issue with the skates as well, some even said with the propus that the center of the mouse after about 3 months was causing the mouse to wobble due to the mouse pad wearing out

these are Made of 100% PTFE (Teflon) and not a blend http://www.coregamingshop.com/skatez-for-mionix-naos-3200-5000.html

It wasn't necessarily the mousepad. It was that there was an increase of dust buildup on the pad than on the desk. The dust interfered with the sensor and that is what caused it to skip. I cleaned the sensor and dusted off the mat regularly and finally decided it wasn't worth it to clean it every few hours. I have 1.17 installed even though they said it was buggy. I haven't had any problems with it except it freezing and crashing when I want to change a setting. Same thing happens with 1.16. When I just used my desk, there are no mouse skips but sometimes dust gets into the sensor or there is dirt buildup on the desk which makes it act funny but I clean it less often that I did with the pad. I did use a Steelseries S&S for awhile too. There were no skipping problems whatsoever when I had it. I gave it to my brother because he wanted it. So now I am left with my desk surface. It works, however, gliding is terrible on my desk. It is sort of sluggish. I still think it was the mousepad though.
