Mine goes off once in a while when messing around in the Bios , just have to unplug it and back in real quick, never a issue while gaming or anything else.

2 questions:

For people that own the 5000 and have prior owned the deathadder, i read there were a few of you, weight wise, is the mionix mouse heavier, why do u prefer it?

For people that own the keyboard, do the faces wear off (like the rubbery surface)?

So a new issue arose with my Naos 5000, the color LED's are going crazy. Here is a pic of my settings, and what the mouse actually looks like. It also seems to "pulse" randomly and the middle DPI setting light shuts off a lot. Anyone else have an issue like this?

thats messed up it would drive me crazy, I would contact them on the facebook page they seem to answer pretty quick on there

Well 8 months along and my Naos 3200 has given up the ghost.
Cracking mouse up until around 2 months ago when i had issue with the Blue LED not working anymore.

However most recently the mouse decided it was going to disconnect and reconnect on a regular basis, most days this happens several times an hour making it useless for pretty much anything

I think it could be a cable

Im still waiting to hear back from customer support who must either be very very slow, or very snowed under with work as i have contacted them a 2nd time but still no reply.

Anyone have experience with Mionix customer support/RMA? id love to hear of a rough timescale, luckily i have a G400 here i can use in the meantime

wow you guys sound like you are having trouble. I know that my driver software can only work if chrome is closed.
