i am tired of the standard windows 7 themes. Where and how do you get new theme. Looking for something for gaming themes or just cool themes in general. Do they cost?

You can download new themes from microsoft's website. They don't cost anything. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/personalize/themes

Im also wondering where do you guys get your wallpaper from. I am running 1920x1080 IPS and i cant seem to find HIGH quality wallpapers.

You should try wallbase.cc , ewallpapers.eu , desktopmachine.com thumb.gif.
