Here's what i came up with. With your budget i think this is a good combination of components so you can play BF3 at acceptable frame rates.I didn't list a case because i think you should just re-use what you currently have also.Comes out to $604.95+9.97 shipping+tax.Rebates come out to $50.

I say price everything that you want besides your mobo, and how ever much you have left over after you price all your other components then spend whats left on the best mobo you can afford with that

With the list that i gave you, you're gonna have to use the stock cooler

Well, if you don't need a monitor or other peripherals this shouldn't be too hard to do.

CPU:
i5 2500k - $199.99 at NCIX US. Out of stock currently but shouldn't be for too long.

MoBo:
Gigabte Z68 UD3H - $159.99. This is a solid motherboard.

Graphics Card:
GTX 560 ti - $189.99 AR at NewEgg. You definitely want to get the Ti over the regular version. There is one from EVGA for like $15 more if you care.

Memory:
4GB DDR3 1600 - $29.99. You can bump this up to 8GB if you have the extra money or add on later when you do.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226134

Case:
NZXT Source 210 - $33.99. On sale for a little bit... a good roomy case for a first time builder.

PSU:
OCZ 700w ModXStream - $49.99 after rebate and coupon. This isn't a top of the line model and if you have extra money this should be the first thing you upgrade. That said, this is more than capable.

This brings you up to $664. If you need to save money then I'd suggest dropping down a motherboard or possibly the graphics card. Depending on what kind of monitor you are using you might be better off spending the money on 2 used GTX 460s.
