Computer can't ping another computer on same switch

This is really starting to tick me off...So I have my server, sig rig, and a Pentium 3 desktop all on the same switch. Everything was working fine and all I did was swap graphics cards in the Pentium 3 rig.

All the computers can access the internet. The Pentium 3 can ping my sig rig and my server. Neither my server or sig rig can ping the Pentium 3....My siggy and Pentium 3 have a DHCP and my server's is static....what the hell is wrong? I want them to be able to access my Pentium 3 rig via remote desktop so I can use my spare monitor, mouse, and keyboard for other things

Yeah, they have the same gateway and one is 192.168.1.104 and one is 192.168.1.113

that would be it, check your pinging the right IP as it is leased from the DHCP server and may change when restarted or the lease time expires

Yep, that worked. But I don't want to have the firewall completely disabled. I've never had this issue before, I wonder why? It's running Windows XP SP3
I just added an exception for "File and Printer Sharing" and now it's working

Try enabling wake on LAN in the BIOS for the PIII.

Thanks for all the replies. Tho only issue I'm having now is that it will only remote into it when it has a DHCP address. It won't connect when it's static. What can I do?
