Well i would definitely agree that it came with a good fan. smile.gif But comparing it with the vertex, the fan noise created by the stock fans really mattered thats why i had the urge to replace it. And as far as im concerned im almost having the same temp results comparing it with the stock fans minus the fan noise that is. smile.gif

Ye that's what I mean though, the fans should be quiet and keep good temps for the price of the unit. You shouldn't have to spend the extra on quieter fans. I'm just comparing it to other cooling solutions that you can get for the same outlay and you could probably get better temps and quieter fans for less. But I do like your pics looks very smart smile.gif

I think 95 dollars for a waterblock, pump, radiator and fan controller is a great deal

I love my H100 setup it's simple and it works well for my needs. I have the same setup with the Courgar Vortex. Whats your load temps with it now?

good to know, I;m presently in the middle of swapping out my Artic Silver 5 with Indigo Xtreme, my first IX attempt was probably not done correctly "reflow". I was getting temps as high as 80c!. mad.gif @ 4.8GHz i5 2500k. Then on my second attempt with my ****ty luck my ssd failed, waiting on RMA from Corsair. will report back hopefully I get better temps.

Wow, that's wild mate. O__O 80c. That's kinda weird considering with the H100.

That's why I'm trying to redo the Indigo Xtreme. I'm sure I'll get it to reflow properly the second time around. Will let you know.
