Good fingertip mice with MX300/G3 type of shape?

Thread Starter
I currently use a G9x, although I can compensate for the slight acceleration. I also have a G400 which has a good sensor, but it is not as ideal for my current grip as I would have hoped (even though I used the older MX500/518 v1 before).

Also the distance between my thumb and pinkie is from the "~" to the "-" on a full sized keyboard, so the mouse cannot be too small. I use the mouse with right hand.

Are there any good fingertip grip mice with a similar shape and dimensions of an MX300/G3/G9 (purchasable in US)?

Here is a picture of G3 and MX300 for reference:

RX250 If they still make them. Not really suitable for gaming though.

Edit: A Razer abyssus isn't exactly the same, but it's a good option to consider.

If you can wait for a little while, then this mouse looks very promising:

It's a three button mouse based off of the MX300 shape being developed by an ESR member by the name of bst; supposedly due for release in late February/early March.
