Help with my BSOD

hey guys so my pcs beeb freezing lately. Just before i installed my printer driver then 2 minutes later it froze and BSOD. I didnt get to get a picture or even look at it properly. So i was wondering if anyone could tell me how i can go about figuring out what caused it. thanks

Well since you told us you just installed your printer driver try booting into safe mode and removing it. Also take a look at it with bluescreenview. It should tell you what files are causing the blue screens

I just ran bluescreenviewer and the top two files were highlighted red

okay so the driver to cause the problem was "avgtdia.sys"
and the error code was 0x000000d1.
any help?

maybe a USB device giving code as said before prob the printer.
disconnect all USB devices (cept the mouse/KB)
if you have PS2 mouse/ KB use them

If you still havnt come right, remove AVG and install Avast or MSE. i prefer both to AVG, and apparently thats what is causing the BSOD
