Got a bunch of new DDR2 on Friday, the hilight of which has been a set of 2x1gb Crucial Ballistix Tracers which look awesome and clock exceedingly well.
Popped them in my EP45-UD3P and got to work. Hit 1300 5-5-5 15 with 2.28v and thought that was really good for DDR2, but after reading up I found I could push the voltage a lot more than that, so I set to go further.
About 20 minutes and 2.5v later, I hit 1533mhz with timings of 5-5-5 15. I thought that was pretty awesome for good ol' DDR2 so thought I would share my results. More tweaking and such to come, so I might even have updated results. Would like to loosen timings and see the max frequency I can hit on air as well.
Couple snaps of the ram in action: (don't worry, fan was on them when running 2.5v )
