Does any1 have schematics for ddr1?

I want to try an make some but first I want to try and get a blueprintof 1 if i cant ill rip my ddr apart.

First, I applaude your fortitudde, but am amazed by your lack imagination.

Wouldn't you think that memory schematics would be closely guarded trade secrets? Don't you think it would require several million dollars worth of specialized machinery to produce a memory module?
