Hey, I just tried with your settings. I still get the lag.

But whats funny, is that im able to run the game maxed out on single player with no massive lags. It only happens in Multiplayer..

MP-64? Maybe this will give you some idea. From here post #34 and from post #2451

seems like a RAM cap. 8gb should solve your problems.
