2500K OC Help

Thread Starter
Alright well after having an issue I had to clear cmos and start mo oc over. Dont really mind as I never had it finished, so want to get it finished and stable this time around.

First thing as I have it setup now at 4.6ghz in p95 it sits at 3.8-4.1 I have yet to see it hit 4.6 Is this intel speedstep that does this?

Also I have c1e enabled right now. I really dont need 4.6 at all times. Unless it doesnt use a ton more power or decrease longitivity too much.

So if you guys can help me with any other settigns that I might want to change before I try finishing the clock up. Running p95 now for about an hour, stable so far. And With the offset my v-core can reach 1.42v. Will start lowering when everything else is were it should be.

Rig:
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Intel 2500k SB 4.Xghz
Cooler Master H60 (AP-15 Push/Pull)
2x4gb Gskill Ripjaw 1600mhz
XFX Radeon HD6950 1gb
Thermaltake TR2 RX 750w
Cooler Master HAF 932
OCZ Vertex 3 60gb (OS)
WD 500gb SataIII (Storage)

And bios settigns as of right now

Although settings as of right now:
Advanced Turbo 50----Disabled
Load Optimized CPU OC Setting- -Disabled

Internal PLL Overvoltage---Enabled
Intel SpeedStep Technology----Enabled
Turbo Boost Power---Auto
Core Current Limit---300
Host Clock Override(BCLK)---100.0mhz
Spread Spectrum--Disabled

Ram timings 9-9-9-24 1T

CPU Core Voltage---Offset
+0.085
CPU Load-Line Calibration---Level 2
DRAM Voltage---1.499v

All other voltages on auto

Active Processor Cores---All
Hardware Prefetcher---Enabled
Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch---Enabled

Enhanced Halt State(C1E)---Enabled
CPU C3 State support---Disabled
CPU C6 State Support----Disabled
Package C State Support---Disabled

Wrong section?

One probelm Im having. With all c-states disabled, speed step diesabled, and thermal throttling.

Idles at 4.6ghz, but as soon as I run p95 multi lowers and changes from 37-41...It never sees 4.6?
