It's between a NZXT, Alpha Black Mid-tower or an Antec Dark fleet DF-35

You know you can get the black NZXT Hale for less than $120 shipped? You have to sign up for a Newegg username, log in, and enter the code that is listed on the product page when you are in your shopping cart. That is a great deal for a 850 watt modular power supply.

On the case, since you want something with a side window (right?), I would like to introduce you to this. It is $89.99 and free shipping on newegg.com, but you can get it for $69 on Amazon and free shipping if you choose the super saver shipping.

Also, the cheapest I can find a 2600k for is $299 on NCIX. It is $30 off this week, so it usually is the same price as everybody else.

I have built a rig with the Antec Dark Fleet DF-35. Overall it was a good case for the price but it was on the small side. A radeon 6970 just fit and the cable management wasn't the greatest. All said and done I liked the look and would use it again...

He could plug his 3.0 devices into the back.

Or... He could check these out.

I really like the Phantom, found a black/orange one that looks sick. I have one question though. What is the difference between the ASUS 7970 and the Sapphire 7970?

I would seriously wait for Ivy bridge and the new motherboards coming. 3 months away from a new release... Don't make that mistake lol. Considering the amount of money you are about to blow in this!

Get ASUS over the two but I'd try and get MSI - http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=1418072&mpage=1

I think the new motherboard they have coming out for the 1155 platform will bring native USB 3.0, which isn't available on most 1155 motherboards. However, most manufacturers already put USB 3.0 on the motherboards, so it is a moot point.

I don't really care about the Ivy Bridge, when it comes out and it drops in price then I will upgrade but I kind of need a new pc. Here is one final thing that I just need to double check before I start ordering. I am looking at the mobo I originally planned to get ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3, LGA1155, Intel® Z68, DDR3-2200 (O.C.) 32GB /4, PCIe x16 SLI CF /1+1*, SATA 3Gb/s RAID 5 /4, 6Gb/s /3, VGA+DVI+HDMI+DP, USB 3.0 /2, HDA, GbLAN. These are the expansion slots:
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (blue)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) *1
2 x PCI

Now i found another mobo the
ASUS P8P67 PRO Rev 3.1, LGA1155, Intel® P67, DDR3-2200 (O.C.) 32GB /4, PCIe x16 SLI CF /1+1*, SATA 3 Gb/s RAID 5 /4, 6 Gb/s /4, USB 3.0 /4, HDA, GbLAN, BT, FW /2, ATX. has more ex. slots, 2 more USB 3.0 and is cheaper.
2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) *1
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1
2 x PCI

But I wonder why its cheaper. They both can run PCI-E 3.0 and able to run USB 3.0. Oh, and I decided to drop the original core i-7 2600k for the i-5 2500k, good move or no?
