Best SSD for the task?

OK, before you all groan this isn't another "what SSD should I buy" thread.

I have purchased a 2nd hand 96GB vertex one and a brand new intel 120GB 320. I have two rigs, one is a 24/7 server and HTPC, the other is my gaming rig. Both my rigs are P55 based so there is no SATA III ports to utilise. Originally I was thinking of using the 120GB as my OS drive in my gaming rig and the 96GB in my server HTPC as the OS drive. Now I am considering buying a 64GB M4 to instead use as the OS drive in my gaming rig and then use the 120GB Intel for storing and running games off. My question is, do I really need the M4 considering I already have a Samsung F3 1TB for game installs? Also, would it be better to get the faster SSD to install games on and the slower SSD as an OS drive? Given all the above info, what SSD would be best used where?

I have an M4 with 2 WD 250 Cav.II in RAID 0, Win7 is on the SSD and all other programs and files are on the RAID 0, boot times are amazingly fast

maps don't load any faster than when I was RAID 0 only but that is probably due to the map files being on the RAID 0 still

I still have better than 45gb. free on my SSD after the Win7 install
with all my games installed (still missing Crysis series and BFBC2) I don't have 100gb. of info on the RAID 0

Maybe install Win7 to the M4 and use the 120gb. Intel for your other programs and I would suggest having at least 1 HDD for Windows back ups

My C: drive footprints at the moment are 40GB on the Server/HTPC and 100GB on the gaming rig. There are alot of MMOs that I barely play on the gaming rig so they will not be immediately replaced if at all after the new install. I think I can quite comfortably keep both OS down below 60GB once I have done a reinstall.
