I know that this has been posted before about AMD's memory but this is the first I have seen 1866Mhz speeds Radeon edition. If this is a repost im sorry. Before this, I have only seen 1333Mhz and 1600Mhz AMD memory. This is the first i've seen 1866Mhz for their lineup. Also, I was looking at some prices on these and they are pretty damn cheap and have pretty low timings too. Not bad.

It would seem they're up on Newegg as well - 12 of them in fact:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006650%2050001028&IsNodeId=1

However, no 1866MHz models are listed...
