Wow. Thanks to everybody for their help and comments. Ok.
@AchuSaysBlessYou : I am mainly thinking of playing non-highly-demanding games like Star Wars KOTOR, PLants vs Zombies, civ 5 and 4, Age of Empires, Sims, and some other older games with lower system requirements. I would like it to be able to play some better games though, like Black Ops. (But this is not necessary)
@Jagged_Steel & xd_1771 : I am completely happy with an AMD rig, and in my opinion they are just as good as Intel, and cheaper. Perhaps Intel is slightly better, but for the price, AMD is so worth it, and think they are pretty reliable too. A cheap cse also doesn't really bother me. It is going to be under a table anyways, right? I dnt need a fancy, very strong one. Just one that is durable enough for every day use.
However xd_1771, I am a little apprehensive about buying a HItachi hardrive. They are definitely cheaper, but aren't they more prone to breaking and not functioning well?
@Chosen_One & Sancho: I cant really up my budget now, I really dont want it to exceed $450. But it is good to know that I can get some pretty good results for cheap. I will keep that in mind for the future, once I get out of college. Also, I will check out that rig, Chosen_One.

Again thanks to everybody for help. I have done some more research, and wonder about this combo: (All can be found on newegg website, if you want to see pics or specs)
