Need Help. New A8-3850 won't boot.

Hello,

I need some help , i am a fairly experience computer builder here but i cannot not figure out why this computer won't boot.

I just bough the parts for a budget computer with

A8-3850 APU 2.9GHz w/ 4MB Cache
F1A75-M PRO w/ Dual DDR3 1866, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, PCI-E, CrossFireX

I got everything plugged in and i cannot get anything on the monitor. (tried both VGA and HDMI)

This is my first APU build so maybe i am missing something that i do not know about.
But i can guaranteeing that everything is plugged in properly.

I have also checked the MOBO BIOS and Yes it is compatible with the A8.

Thanks.

Do you have any errors like system beeps or red lights on the mobo? if your mobo has it, does it show FF on the error code thing?

When i boot a red light turns on for about 3 seconds then it will turn off. I don't have a beeper for it nor an error code showing thing.

Do your fans turn on?
It's so little!

Yup. Both case fans and APU fan

What's the light for? Could it just be a graphics card problem? Also is everything else in the comp running?

I did not add a discreet graphics card to it. So i don't have anything but a mobo, ram, APU on there. The red light comes from the MOBO.
where is the red light coming from.
typically, there are multiple lights scattered across the mobo to signify a reason for no boot.
it should say next to it what its for and also by its location.

Take a picture of the red light or paint where the light is emitting
