Looking for a netbook that is under $400

Thread Starter
Hey guys I have a friend that is looking for a netbook that is under 400 dollar. He wants to use the netbook to browse the web and he is interested in doing some HTML coding. He wants to use dreamweaver. He also prefers something that has at least 2GB of RAM. He doesn't really care about the size of the HD or the battery life. Is there anything on the market right now that is the right match for my friend? Thanks

Summary:
1. Under 400 dollar
2. He wants to run dreamweaver
3. 2GB RAM or more
4. HD size and battery life are no concern.

Thanks again!

Id suggest anything with the AMD e350/e450. Got a decent dual core (much better than Atom) and it has a good GPU that can do some light gaming. ASUS 1215B series is a start.
