fc4 dying

my fc4 has a dead channel and 2 (including the dead channel) nobs seem to be floppy and dont work all that well. anything i can do about them or should i just buy a new unit?

How long has it been since you purchased it? There is a year warranty on our fan controllers and you can place an RMA request directly through our website at www.Lamptron.com

i actually cant find the purchase but i might just buy a new one. i think its been almost exactly a year.
