Sprint Customer for over 10 Years.. This is what I get.. - Page 7

I had something similar to that happen with me and setting up my internet through AT&T's U-verse, when I noticed the error on my bill I talked to several people and got the runaround several times. Finally when I got ahold of someone who actually helped me I made sure to get their name and ID number so I could say to whoever I talked to that this is the fellow who approved my refund and I'm blowing smoke up your ass to get free stuff.

Actually it depends on the state...so it could be illegal in his state.

In my state, only one party (me) has to be aware. Sprint is located in Kansas, that has the same law as Missouri. I don't know if it includes what state the call center is located too, though.

If i remember correctly it is only the state where the call originates from. so if you call you can record without telling them.
