[HH] Cybrog MMO 7 Gaming Mouse

When starting this review we wondered if Mad Catz could take their unique design and make it work for the MMO player. Without question the answer is a resounding yes. The M.M.O. 7 offers all the programmable button settings that an MMO player would want along with the creative mouse design that we have come to love.

For anyone who loves to tinker with their mouse settings, or wants to have a truly customisable mouse then the M.M.O. 7 should be at the top of their shopping list.

It looks crazy but I never liked the Naga I got because of how it felt in my hand. If this one was better I could see myself getting it even though it does look slightly ridiculous.

Love the look. Anyone know if is still using the same lasers as the regular R.A.T.7?

I really hate the lasers on the R.A.T.7.

This mouse is useless if MadCatz has not re-engineered their "twin-eye" lazers...

Instead of having 3,000dpi, MadCatz are marketing 5600dpi w/more sensitive lazars than anyone would ever need. Instead of centering their whole gaming mouse around a solid laser system that actually works, they are trying gimmicktry & marketing. As nobody on the planet actually uses 4,000dpi... let alone 5,600dpi.

My RAT9's pointer just bounces all over the screen while the mouse is stationary...  the second RAT7 I bought does the same thing (thats $250 on bad mice from Madcatz).

There is absolutely no point in presenting a madCatz MMO mouse, if it uses the same pethetic lazer. It will be a complete fail.

My R.A.T. 9's pointer stays very still... the only time I run into issues is when pet hair gets under the eye and even then it's the oposite issue you have with the mouse not moving correctly until it's cleared. It is an extremly sensitve mouse so make sure you aren't getting vibrations from something else.

It uses an updated PTE sensor (6400 DPI...not 5600 DPI too).

It's the most comfortable mouse I have used, it is also the most customizable... you can swap palm grips, move button positions for your tumb swap pinky rests...
