Thinking of water cooling my dual 6950 graphics cards, what do I need to know before I buy anything?

I've already got a Corsair H80 cooler on my CPU, and I'm not looking for a full kit. Also I don't want a full card block, because I want it to be compatible with whatever cards I decide to pick up later, so I want an universal cooler. If you need to know how much room I've got left in my case I can post pics.

If you are gonna Water cool the cards just add in the cpu. Having a custom loop and a pre built one just seams silly to me. Also, The universal kits dont work very well. I tried one on my GTS 450. You have a popular card so just buy one made for that card, you will get much better cooling performance.

I was told elsewhere that I have a non-reference one, and therefore there were no full blocks available for it. Maybe they were wrong? You tell me, this is the one I've got: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102945

I use 2 ybris universal blocks on my 6950's with a swiftech sli/crossfire bridge and it works really well

Remember to get some sinks for memory and vrm's though

Also like previously stated if your gonna do the blocks on your cards you might aswell spend a lil extra and grab a cpu block

I use a dual 360 rad dual loop setup which is overkill but depending on your case maybe just get a big 360 rad to do the lot

gpu blocks available to you:
ybris black sun
xspc rasa
ek vga supreme
swiftech mcw82

or also ek have brought out some bridge editions of the vga supremes designed for dual cards but not used them personally

Phobya g-changer or xspc rx360 360mm rad

xspc raystorm cpu block

mcp-35x pump

res of your choice

cant go wrong!

Sounds great, where can I pick up those parts? And I'm new to this, what is a "360 rad dual loop setup"?

Where are you from? Im in the UK so could be different to you

Basically what I meant is with my setup I have 2 seperate watercooling loops. 1 loop is my cpu, 360mm rad, pump and reservoir, second loop is both my 6950's, 360mm rad, pump and reservoir
