Artisan Hien vs Puretrak talent

Thread Starter
My qck heavy is pretty worn down and need a new pad. I like the slow glide of the qck, but want to try something a tad faster?

The hein and talent seem to be 2 good options. For reference i want something a little faster than the qck but a little slower than goliathus speed.

The Hein is faster than all of those pads. I think the Talent is equal or maybe a little faster than the Goliathus speed when both are new.

So I gather that Qck Heavy has most friction out of all cloth pads? Because I'm looking for a high-friction pad.

I have the HIEN Soft M and it's faster than the Qck which i also have. It's faster but still controllable and if you're coming from a cloth pad it will take a little time getting used to. The surface texture is a mix between pear skin and a old crusty jansport backpack which is made out of polyester. If you've never seen a jansport backpack the material looks like this. It's just the texture pattern on the HIEN is sort of random under the right lighting and angle. Hmm what's the word i'm looking for..it's like a bunch of small identical looking tiles put togther similiar to a brick wall in a video game using a small image over and over again for each brick. It's definitely different from any cloth pad out there but in a good way.
