I would recommend for testing just to download another browser, you don't have to use it as a default browser, just to test to see if it's IE only, that way if it is, we can deal with it appropriately.

I would recommend either Firefox or Chrome.

Try and login in with either one of those browsers and let me know if you still have very slow log in issues.

I installed chrome and it was quick to logon

I would like to continue to use Internet explore

imho, clean all cache from your internet browser that you use.

 

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner is a must have tool ! to clean cache,junk,etc,etc

 

then you should restart your internet connection: either by CMD or plug/unplug your modem and or router

Alright, so we know it's strictly a browser issue. So you have completely reset all IE settings, and completely cleared all cache and cookies as well. If IE is FULLY up date (the 100% latest version of IE), then your best bet is to submit a bug report, or PM this issue to our General Manager, Chipp. He will more than likely be happy to help you with any reason as to why this is happening, and if you're the only one with this issue.

I have cleaned and reset it the best i can

i followed your instructions

i am using IE 8 i did not like IE 9 so unistall it
Windows is all up to date

i will pm to chipp

Often there can be issues with the system's IP stack. I go to the Hardware and remove (Uninstall) the network adapter. Then I turn the computer off. Look at the lights on the router/modem and then turn the router/modem off. Wait ten minutes and turn the modem/router on and when the lights stabilize to how they normally look turn the computer on.

It often speeds things up.
