Evercool VC-RE Twinkling Users (temps on nf4 chipsets)

Thread Starter
I upgraded my chipset Hsf with a Evercool VC-RE Twinkling

I think my temps are lil high. I am getting 34-38C Maybe it's because inside of the case 41C. I dont know.

What is your temp reading ?

Thank you !

Their supposed to be pretty good, id pick one up if i knew it would fit for sure (stupid Asus).

Unless your o/c the FSB by a fair way the NB HSF on that board will do the job, i think NB temps are ok up to 65°c

My chipset is at about 34*c idle and runs about 39*c at full load, down from about 45*c idle of at full load. Considering chipsets are supposed to be able to take temps of 65*c you should be fine. I bet those temps are considerably better then the temps you had with the DFI stock chipset HSF.

Those are fine temps , they can go up to 55 safely, I idle around 38 and load at 46 because my video card gives off heat and its right over the VC-RE.
