What SSD do you have?

Well your BIOS looks fine, not put up a screenshot of AS SSD when it is done like this:

501

Simply use the Windows snipping tool to do so: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Use-Snipping-Tool-to-capture-screen-shots

Make sure you capture the whole screen of AS SSD. Do not cut off the sides.

Change your Boot Priority...? That's what I had to do to mine. Otherwise, I'd get GRUB errors.

Is this your drive? If so it is slow for a SSD, but should still be faster than the HDD...

Well my old raptor is faster at write. But not read. This SSD still boots slower than my old HD also.
here SSD vs raptor. So is something wrong or is this just complete junk.

Do you have any USB devices besides the KB and mouse plugged in? That can delay boot.

No nothing else plugged in.

I honestly don't know right now, hopefully someone else can figure out the problem or I will tomorrow. Maybe disable some options in the BIOS.

If you feel like upgrading tho, get a Crucial M4 or Samsung 830...don't even look at the SandForce drives.

Just saying if you're thinking about it. lol rolleyes.gif
